i recently started experiencing anxiety about 2 weeks ago at first i thought i was having an axiety i actually woke my boyfriend up (he's an EMT) freaking out. my heart was racing it felt like, i was shaking, i was scared, i would stay up litterally all night because i couldnt sleep, then every day i changed a little more i became really mean, i kept waiting for the next attack then i guess becuase i was and still am afraid i noticed tingling on top on my skin on my left arm...anways i guess the reason i am writing this is because i am 19 years old and i am VERY scared i feel tired but i cant sleep and even thought i know i am not having a heart attack i am still scared that i was have one...please if anyone can give me any advice i would truly appreciate.
