my heart beat has been 110 about a day. Ive had calm moments, stress moments, panic, and sleep and it stays around 110or higher to the lowest in the 80s. I had an ekg last dec, the doctor did no tests but said in his professional oppinion it is not my heart, I went to the er a couple months ago with a hb of 136 and they just put me on xanax and sent me home and then it stayed in the 100-80 range for 3 to 4 days. but does anyone else with anxiety have this? It frieghings me!! how do i slow it down/ i do breathing, excersice, try to keep my mind off it but it still pounds away...help!
