Ok so everynite about...i get scared to go to sleep. well right now i was going to try and sleep its 2am here...and my legs feel weak i felt this like twitch in my head my breathing is weird although my heart aint really going fast and i have that feeling of unreality. Someone please help!! im worried.

you set yourself up for it hon, if you can breath fromthe belly it really helps, my doc told me the with the twitch thing to just go with it and let it go, said this is your bodys way of letting the bad stuff out

the unrealty thing is normal with anxiety, just bare with it and it will disappear, can you breath hon

yes i breathing ok...the weird thing is that my heart aint racing. i just feel like out of it.

i just get scared when i lay down to sleep...i feel like im not breathing right. and then i sit up watch tv im ok???

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
