Im quite an active and social person, however im finding it a little hard to keep up with my partner and friends lifestyles! Being an anxious person with bi-polar means I need to balance my lifestyle but I dont think my mates quite understand that. I like to have a good drink and a dance and have fun, however i cant and do not wont to do it twice, three times a week like my friends. Ne help or suggestions on how to tackle this would be most appreciated x thanks x
