I don't say anything outloud but it feels like im having a converstion with myself inside my head. Ill be like "your hamster is mad because you haven't cleaned his cage, shut up weirdo hansters don't get mad."

I only do this when im anxious and just not feeling right. I think maybe it has something to do with over thinking.
