I am sort of feeling weird today. This morning I noticed that I had almost no anxiety and then I think I started to worry about it. I am a worrier so I always think of the worse, it kinda feels like I am breathing easy, I am not sure if it is 'normal' cuz I haven't felt 'normal' in a while. But my fear is that I might stop breathing. My Therapist keeps telling me it is not possible, does anyone else have this fear? And would someone reassure me that I can't stop breathing for no reason. Also, does anyone have any idea of what I am feeling. If it is me feeling 'normal' again or something else. Thank you. ~Amanda
