I was wondering if anyone out there wakes up feeling like they havent slept a wink. Lately my sleeping habits have been terrible. I wake up many times a night. I tell myself that the cramp in my foot is a blood clot. I tell myself that my head hurts because I am having a seziure. I know it sounds absolutely crazy. I have gotten over the feeling that I am going to have a heart attack and have moved on to feeling like I have a blood clot or I am going to have a stroke or seizure. I am trying to tell myself there is nothing wrong. I have had so many tests and nothing shows up. I want to kick this in the rear it is so hard I am glad I have this forum to go too. I bet I have been to this sight every single time I have an anxiety attack. It really does help me to focus on something to get the \"crazy thoughts\" out of my head. God Bless everyone. We are all connected by this terrible affliction called anxiety. We need each other. I truly care about all of you even though I dont haven\'t met you in person. I think it would be great one day for all of us to get together and talk to one another and figure out a concrete method to beat this SOB. We could write a book or something LOL.
