my daughter has come a very long way but one thing that has always caused her so much anxiety and brings on panic attacks is the fear of vomiting. Can someone please give some advice on what I can tell her. She avoids a friend if she or a family member had a stomach virus. This has always been one of her biggest and most lasting fears. I have seen her think about it so much that she starts to shake and tells me there is a lump in her throat. It's especially tough during the winter becuase it seems kids are more prone to getting it during the winter.
