Okay... I made a bold move on my part. My job responsibilities are changing... not sure to what or even if I am going to contine to have a job. A project I was working on is not requiring that may hours. This has been part of my anxiety.. I love working where I work...
I sent an email to the "Big Guy" of the branch, asking to set up an appointment with him to discuss what the changes are and how do I fit in them. I also attached an agenda with topics i want to disscuss.... Now the ball is in his court and I am scared, because I am usually not this forward. But this is one cause of my anxiety and I need to face it....
Now the ball is in his scare... I am scared out what the outcome will be.....

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
I am going back to the department I came from, I am going to have some schedule hours, and some adminstrative hours... which is good for me.... at least I know what's coming.... it is the unknown I don'tlike...
But this won't start until January... so I just have to keep busy in other ways for December.....
