Does anyone else get this? I go through months even years of being my (usual) calm, laid back, confident self. Then for no apparent reason I start feeling anxious and enter the endless spiral of anxiety where i worry about everything, think im constantly losing the plot, and have horrible disturbing thoughts. These episodes last usually several months (currently nearly a year!) and have no obvious triggers.
Several years ago i went through a divorce, moved house and a new job within a 12 month period and i coped no probs. Now all is well in my life but i'm wracked with anxiety!!
Can anyone relate or offer advice?! Please!!!

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
Don't give yourself a hard time - I always think that if I didn't have the bad times I would never really enjoy the good times.
It sucks but the number 1 way to conquer anxiety is to keep our minds busy, other wise we start to get anxious which produces symptoms in the body that we start to think about all day long. What is this pain in my chest?My is my vision blurry etc etc.
We will overcome this, we just need to retrain our minds.
