I can't understand this at all. I've always been a strong person and now I don't think I have control over much in my life. I want to feel normal again but haven't in about 7 months. I have headaches nearly everyday. I'm taking about .5mg of Ativan mostly in the mornings because that's when I feel worse. I have an appointment with a psychiatrist on Thurs and hope I will get some answers. My son died about 6 years ago and I thought I handled that really good until recently and it's always on my mind, along with other negative thoughts.
