I am highly stressed and anxious at the moment,my body is so tense and restless that I can't relax.I have tried a hot shower at night to relax but it gives me panic attacks.I have tried relaxing on my bed but Im so wound up,my neck,back,shoulders,arms and legs are very sore and I can't stay still. Ive had this bad for the past four days and Im not sleeping because Im in so much pain,anything else I can do to help my body destress?

Meditation works best for me. But not just any meditation. I do Holosync. It's amazing. The sound technology (which you can read about at www.centerpointe.com)put you in a Zen state without having to go through the painstaking years of practice that past zen master have had to endure to reach the state of Zen. All you do is listen to the CD's with stereo headphones, close your eyes, and relax. The sound technology helps you reach zen effortlessly and easily. I do it everyday. There are twelve levels. I am on level 1 (which is really the second level). Each level the technology gets stronger and stronger. Much like a weightlifter adds weights when he/she gets stronger.
