I've had anxiety everyday now for 2 years. I have no one to talk to (except everyone on here) and I won't have a chance to talk to a therapist about my problems. Prescription medication is also out of the question. I was just wondering, does anxiety ever go away on its own? And what is wrong with me? Anxiety takes over every aspect of my life, it only gets worse. Is there any hope for me? I try to be optomistic about things but it's getting hard. For everyone out there, what can I do besides breathing excersizes (my anxiety is constant, so I can't possibly always breath a specific way to relieve it)? I just need help. I hate this. It's truly ruining everything... I've heard of a non-prescription medication-St. John's Wort, but I was wondering what it is. Are there any side effects? I take Amerge, a migraine medication, 2.5 mg and it is an SSRI. Is St. John's Wort okay to take while on an SSRI?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
