I gave myself anxiety today worrying about the pain in my lower right side caused by a history of ovarian cysts. At the moment the AC is not working in the house and window units are being used. My room is incredibly hot (probably 80 some degrees) and I felt like when I walked into it to lay down it was stuffy and suffocating and it threw me into a full blown heart racing, shaking panic attack. I took a cold shower and stood by the window unit and it seemed to help. Does anyone else think being hot can contribute to anxiety?
