New here and just wanted to ask if any of you suffer from the symptoms of anxiety, without consciously feeling anxious?
I have all of the 'usual' symptoms, but I still manage to lead (at least on the surface) a regular life.
My Dad died last year from cancer, he was only 53 and it all happened very quickly. At the same time my 10 year realtionship ended and I started counselling. I thought that I had a grip on things, but I think that I have some deep rooted issues that are giving me the symptoms, but why do I not feel as bad as I think I should?
Any advice would be gratefully received.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. Perhaps your going through alot of stress and anxiety but don't have an 'anxiety disorder' ??
