I am constantly thinking the most absurd thoughts (i.e. I'm going to be hit by a car at the bus stop, the school counselor is stalking me, my sister is going to die when she goes to Australia, etc.) and my friends all laugh at me because they think I'm joking. I don't tell them I'm serious because I REALLY do not want to be sent to the creepy guidance counselor, and my mom thinks I'm crazy enough just joking about these things. She would put me in an insane asylum, I mean "mental institution," if she found out I was serious about these things. I don't want to be evaluated and diagnosed and studied! Someone please help me decide what to do; I RARELY ask for advice, and hate doing so, but I'm desperate. Thank you!
