I'm feeling completely out of it...I now feel as if I'm only existing and not actually living, there is always something lingering that keeps me on edge. I never have peace of mind and by day's end I break down. Can anyone else relate....maybe give some support on this issue? I was recently diagnosed with Panic Disorder but I don't suffer from attacks anymore and I don't really worry about certain health problems. Just racing thoughts and a feeling of being "detached"
