The news of the Virginia Tech shootings came as a horrible shock as we all heard the information being broadcast over the television and radio. Sometimes after a tragedy we can feel bombarded by the massive amount of information, the visuals, the painful stories of loss. All of this can serve to heighten a pre-existing condition of anxiety or even create new anxieties. Daily Strength is a good forum to find support and to come together in the face of such a horrible tragedy that has effected the entire nation. I hope you are all able to use this site and the community to help begin to heal from this devastating news. How has this news effected those of you in this community?
