I was wondering if anyone here has ever had a period of such extreme anxiety that it took them a while to feel 'normal' even after taking anxiety reducing medications. I was severely anxious for almost 24 hours and even my klonopin didn't work. I saw the doctor this morning as I was really frightened that something was wrong with my heart and she told me to take a little extra klonopin during the day to help bring my body back down. Have you ever had a day like this? What did you do to help yourself if you medication wasn't quite working for you?
