OK I seemed to get no feedback on the neurotransmitter test so what I did was order the NeuroEndocrine test found @www.integrativepsychiatry.net. Tha test is for different types of chemical imbalances. It will tell you if you are low in this or high in that, this also allows the naturopathy dr. to prescribe the natural herbs for each (if any) chemical imbalance which one might have. These are herbs that have worked for many people, from what the dr explained to me was that each natural substances is for each imbalance, so basically it's made for that symptom which from what I am told, limits the opportunities of trying lexapro for 4 weeks to find it doesn't work or xanax for a couple of weeks etc, etc. I also asked if they had an instant anxiety relief pill like ativan or xanax and they told me yes they have a herb which works for the attacks in about 20 mins which is all natural. I'm basically repeating what I've been told so please read and judge for yourself, to me it's worth a shot as I am one who hates taking medications. I will keep a journal of my experiences for you to follow if interested. I should recieve the test in a couple of days and have the results back in a couple of weeks. I hope some of you might find this interesting or helpful. I'm posting this because I would like to all of us with anxiety find some way of getting rid of it for good! Thanks

I gave my 2 week notice last Friday 13th. Now to join you fine people in a life of leisure and nothing else to do but to look out for myself....is it just me or does that sound pretty boring? My goal was to live to retire and I guess having to take early retirement because of health reasons wasn't exactly the way I had planned things. I just can't stay in that building that is reeking mildew...
