I have recently been feeling rather upset and extremly nervous when thinking of the lives of my younger siblings and my mother. I always wonder,\"Are they bored with their life? Are they unhappy?Did I cause their sadness?\" I repeatedly think these thoughts untill I am literally in tears. I also get very depressed when I think about their possible demise. I fear that one day, I\'ll come home from school and find my family butchered in their own home, or that my mother and siblings died in a freak car crash. I also fear for my grandparents, constantly fearing the day they must be sent to heaven. I tell myself, \"I can deal with this.\" over and over, but it seems as if I can\'t.

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
