I still do. My heart is fine. Can you get out for a walk today or exercise? This really helps. Don't stress over what caused it. Just gently let it go and sometime today or this weekend you might go 'aha, that's what happened'. Maybe you had a bad dream that you don't remember, it could be as simple as that.
Also, Magnesium is extremely helpful.
