I am on medication and seeing my school doctor as well as talking to my doctor on the phone back home about once ever 2 weeks. I still feel times when i get anxious, but i can say i have been doing better from last year when i didnt even know what anxiety was.... I am thinking about trying the charles linden method. How do we know when we are close to full recovery and going about our days with happiness and feeling normal? I am doing things to help right now but when is everything just going to be normal and consistant? I dont mean to come on here and dwell on when everthing is going to be ok.. i am just very curious.. Thanks
