i started freaking out cause my resting heart rate was 67....however the more i look into it the more ok i seem. they say that the more fit you are the lower it is...say people from womens fitness say that their resting heart rate is 40-55 bpm. i called the local hospital and the nurse said i am fine. so i guess its just my anxiety. always worried bout the heart. i think my boyfriend thinks im crazy. any ideas?
