I've been suffering from intense anxiety for the past 10 years. It has gotten much worse in the past year and I've been in treatment. I definitely have GAD and OCD. However, my OCD symptoms are more internal, like I focus on a sensation and can't let it go. Now I am focused on my breathing, in and out, all day long. It feels like I am being suffocated and it is the worst feeling I've ever had. I am in grad school now and I am very worried if I am going to be able to do this with this issue. I am also taking medication and my doctor is looking at CBT. I know this breathing issue is a rare occurance but I was wondering if anyone else has experienced it or could give some advice.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
