Hi, i've offically been diagnosed with high blood pressure for about 3 months now. It's been "controlled" with 50mg Metoprolol 2x a day for the past 6 weeks or so. I went a while without taking my blood pressure at home, but I recently got by BP machine out again and can't stop taking it! I'm worried because my BP can be 120/80 then 3 minutes later 140/95. I don't know if it's just becasue I get anxious that it's going to be high or what. Has anyone else experienced this? I'm seeking professional help for my anxiety. I went to a psychologist last week, but my next appt. isn't for 2 more weeks. I just got a prescription for Celexa but I haven't started it yet. Does anyone have any experience with Celexa? Thanks.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
