I am just back from the shops and felt I was going to pass out at least 3 times - and then to top it off I got a burning sensation in the back of my head that didnt go away until I got some fresh air - too many queues and too many people, still I made it and feel better for it. I will try drinking more water and I do feel tired alot - big dark rings around my eyes. After your and other responses I am beginning to realise that fighting the "spaced out" feeling isnt really helping - I am going to try and accept the feeling and not let it bother me (easier said then done but I will try)and try to ignore the negative thoughts (ie I have a brain tumour.) I so want to look forward to Christmas and am just a bit trapped in my own head. Also I have no patience with other people and that really is out of character and seem to be making silly mistakes when driving. Oh well - as said I feel a bit better now.
