What helped me was white noise- I turn on the fan in the washroom and try to listen to it without letting any other thought into my head.
And when that didn't help I just thought of happy things until I fell asleep..
You'll be fine.. we all will be fine.. we just need to practice positive thinking :)

One thing I have been suggested and I will try is to download some sort of relaxtion CD or MP3 that is a guided relaxtion and you can listen to that before bed, gets your breathing good and your mind on other things and then you can just sleep... just a thought! :)
