Last night was so much fun until I had an anxiety attack. We were having a Halloween party at my brother and sister's house. I had had a little too much to drink, and we had been dancing for about an hour when it happened. All the sudden, I felt like I couldn't breathe. I stepped outside to get some fresh air, but that wasn't helping. My sister's friend, a registered nurse, came out to check on me. She took my pulse and told me that it was very fast and I needed to calm down. She gave me a bag to breathe into and started trying to calm me down, but it didn't work right away. She thought I was having SVT, but I recently got a clean bill of health from my cardiologist, so I don't think that was it. Anyway, my pulse topped out around 200 when she got bags of ice and put them on my face to shock me. That helped some, and my pulse stayed in the 110-160 range for about an hour. Then it finally dropped below 100. I was so frightened. I called my girlfriend and she pretty much talked me through the whole night. I feel a lot better today, but I'm definitely not 100%. I can't wait to have my first session with my therapist on Thursday. I don't want another episode like that.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
