I was told last week that my lab work is highly suspicious for lupus. Since then my anxiety has returned to the point that I actually had to pop a xanax the other night because I was convinced I was going to die. I don't have any symptoms of lupus at this time but I have had 3 positive autoantibody tests which means I either have it or could develop it. This sucks. I see a rheumatologist next week who hopefully will be able to provide me with more information. My anxiety was under control and now I have to live with this uncertainty.
