Just got done a rant with my backstory. Was smoking consistently at night for a while and was still productive by day. That changed around when i built a large tolerance (lower dose pens barely did anything so i was hitting a 99% thc pen). Felt I should take some time off to see if my 'issues' (just diagnosed as anxiety) were related. Things have gotten worse but it could be other life issues.
I'm thinking i should start slow with a CBD but don't want to make things worse either (or ignore better alternatives). I can take weed or leave it. Ultimately, I just want this train wreck to stop in a safe way.
I welcome any success or bad experiences. If bad, what did you take, how much, how often, and what was the bad side result? Thanks so much in advance!
Has anyone ever experienced blacking out from anxiety. yesterday I had a disociative attack and I dont know how to deal with it. I keep spiriling thinking about it and I just feel so embarrassed about how I looked and the episode. All I want to do is be invisable right now and I cant stop focusing on it.
