Looking for some suggestions on how to handle my anxity. Normally i have no difficulties, however since about the age of 18, it has appeared more than its welcome. At age 20 it got better though do to the birth of my daughter, but now that i am 31, its exactly my major issue now. My attacks of anxity come on really hard when i am around my mother, and her house. So just stay away right?, well I would love to, however though my 10 year old daughter likes to spend time with her, and I feel obligated to keep a connection between the two despite my anxity issues of being around my mother. If anybody can help please let me know?

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
