I don't get much sleep after I get home from work. I get home around 12:30 A.M. My medication usually starts to work around 2:00 A.M. I always wake up between 7:00 A.M. & 8:00 A.M. I wake up at the same time everyday no matter how much sleep I get the night before. I go to sleep earlier on the nights that I don't work. I'm exhausted, but I get up because I get anxious that anxiety will start if I don't stay with my routine. In other words, I get anxious about anxiety. I know that I need more sleep especially because my job is mentally & physically challenging. Is there anyone who understands this & experiencing the same problem?
