Anxiety is a strange thing. I have a question even if you don't feel anxious in your mind and feel relatively fine can your body still have anxiety. My major symptom is heart palpitations. Like today I had a cookie with frosting and about 1 hr later here come the palpitations they went on and on for about 2 1/2 hrs I'm feeling better now. I just wonder if you can make your body do things by thinking about them all the time? I know the mind is a powerful thing!! Sorry I guess it was 2 questions instead on 1 :)

it is my understanding that your mind can indeed make your body do strange things..you can talk your self into alot, that is why things like meditation are so important

Try this for mind over body. There is a case of a person who had multiple personalities. When in one personality they were clinically nearsighted and when in the other they were farsighted. So yes, the mind can influence the body.

I so know how you feel i was just like that yesterday all day long but i dident feel anxious in my head if you know what i mean.I wasent thinking of anything or doing anything that would make me feel anxious.I tend to feel like that a lot when i dont get enough sleep the night before.So mabye its just our bodies telling us we need to rest.hope it helps xoxoxo

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse.
