Does anyone else have this experience? Whenever I lie down, especially if I don't do it with the intention of going to sleep; like when I want to read or use the computer for example, I start to feel discomfort in my chest. It's hard to expalin exactly but it feels heavy, hollow or just strange. Sometimes focusing on it makes be have the sensation of skipped beats. It's terrible because I can never lie down very long and just enjoy what I'm doing.
Also when I'm lying down or getting ready for bed I have a pulsing sensation in my head. And depending on how I lay my head I can actually hear my heartbeat. I hate this and have to toss and turn many times before I find a position where I don't hear it. I have no issues with blood pressure and all tests I've done on my heart have come back completely normal.
If anyone else is expriencing this please let me know.
Thank you for reading and responding!
