i have had anxiety all my life but have only become aware of what anxiety "is" and becoming familiar with what it mean to me the last five years. It seems that every little thing lately makes me anxious. i am always jumpy always irritable and it seems i forgot how to just sit back and breath. ive never felt like i can relax. i dont even know what it really means to "relax" i am in counseling right now for childhood sexual abuse. ive read books ive done workbooks, self help, self talk. and i just am not sure where to turn at this point. if anyone has any suggestions? or things that have worked for them id appreciate it greatly. hope you are having a wonderful day!
