So I'm not sure if I can really say that I have full blown anxiety or if I just have anxious moments! I have friends who have or have had to deal with anxiety MUCH worse than anything I've dealt with and I feel dumb saying that I have anxiety.
Over time, I have realized that I guess I don't really understand anxiety except for within the context of the friends of mine that I know. I can only say that I know for sure that I've had one severe panic attack but a therapist that I saw for a short period of time said that it was "obvious" that I had anxiety. Most of the time I just have no idea where it's manifesting. I can't tell if I'm just under stress, overwhelmed, depressed, or feeling legitimately anxious about something. I can only catch it sometimes.
Any advice

i would say no need to put a label on it if you don't have to. i didn't really think i had anxiety until a few months ago when it became out of control and then i looked back and realized i've dealt with it for years.

I think it all depends on the affects it has on you whether it's full blown anxiety attacks or just anxious moments. Before I went to the dr. a year ago I didn't know what was happeneing to me. I didn't know anything about anxiety disorder. I just thought I was very anxious person who was going crazy. But since my dr. diagnosed me with anxiety disorder I felt relieved that it's something that you can treat and do something about it. Whether it's anxiety disorder or not it's important to seek treatment to feel better. Hugs =)

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
