I have anxiety for the past six years and it comes an goes i feel like every three months to six my anxiety comes back in diffrent ways. When i learn how to get ride of one symptom next thing you know here comes another one. I been getting them worse now because of my promotions at work but i told my self that will never put me down, even do i have to speak in front of crowds of people with this anxiety i will still do my job, I love my work i love working with people. i think the only fear i have is not finishing my task. What can i do to make my self better. Lets not forget that my family moved in with me and i have a new girlfriend so i guess i have more stress then just my job.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
