I tackled it by going to bed and dealing with everything I feared about the next day. Now I still have bad days, but the key is not to fear you will wake up anxious. You have classic case of the fear of fear! I feel for you, it is difficult but you can break the cycle.
Basically go to bed and visualise all the good things you can do and enjoy the next day. Depression and anxiety go hand in hand, so if you are negative about something, you will probably be anxious about it.
Don't be upset, but try to learn to cope in your own way.
