Hi I have had anxiety since march of 09, i had it for a whole month straight with the fatigue, shaking, light headed, breathing heavy, anxious, heart beating fst n pacing the floor then it slowed down n everything & i got the flu in june for 2 weeks then a uti, then i noticed having some depression symptoms, my anxiety was coming back really bad in august so I todl my doctor and this week she decided to try me on lexapro 10 mg tablet once a day so i started it yesterday i felt nauseous n it seemed like i would get hott n breath heavy like id o with anxiety it would be off & on & as the day went on it was ok, i took it again this morning n i woke up with my body aching(which is a nother symptom i started experiencing with my anixety ever since ig ot the flu in june. This is the only 2nd day I have taken this, when does it get better & is it normal for your body to ache wen having anxiety?

I have my maxed amount of epidural shots of my cervical DDD....(and no one cares about my lumbar DDD)..... I've done physical therapy, muscle relaxers, Amitriptyline, Nortryptiline, desipramine.....narcotics... So I decided to go to a spine specialist and they have me on Gabapentin. Its been two weeks and it did nothing for my lumbar ever... but it did seem to help my cervical and arm/hand pain...
