I feel like I've been stuck in a cycle of anxiety-ridden thinking for months and it's starting to cause depression. I'm consumed with thoughts regarding my health and can't seem to make it stop for much longer than a day. I feel sad. Even though I can pretty much carry on my day-to-day activities, it's hard and I usually feel like I just want to be curled up in a blanket doing nothing. I'm unsure about starting medication because of the side effects - plus I'm not a huge fan of putting lots of chemicals into my body. (I'm already taking a birth control pill and Zantac) Any input would be helpful...and appreciated. I did start going back to the gym to try to get some good chemicals flowing naturally so I'm hoping that will help.
