Don't over-analyze things in your life. There is a thin line that when crossed our issues become more of worry, and we can loose what we need to work out solutions. Sometimes written things down on paper can help us to not overload our minds with so many thoughts that start to drive us into that unwanted world of anxiety. A list of why do this, or why do that can be good, but there comes a time to put the list aside and start releaving certain things from our thoughts.

I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps.
