I am very anxious pretty much everyday, I know so much of what I can do and I try it but for me everything is always a 50% chance of working or being worse. My social anxiety has to be one of the worst, I cannot take a bus without music or anything and even then it doesn't always help. Ironically I am kind of getting anxious right now while writing about being anxious, it feels very weird. I get panic attacks that can make me feel sick to my stomach and I have even just ran out of a building before because of it. I guess what I am doing with this is hoping other people have ideas for things I haven't done, I know people are going to repeat things I have done...but maybe you guys and gals do it in a different way? I dunno ... :?

Most people with copd also have anxiety.....Dr.suggested taking meds for it.....does it help? Just wondering....
I'm trying to exercise daily. I was doing fairly well until I sprained my ankle 2 weeks ago but now I'm getting back on the horse. Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
