I used to be a red wine drinker...loved it...i was able to drink 2 to 5 glasses of wine over the course of a 5 to 6 hour period and be fine. Now, because my anxiety, if I have one glass I get the major shakes and can't seem to get rid of the headache the next day. To solve the problem, I've stopped drinking. The only time I'll drink a bit of red wine...and I mean a bit of wine...like 3 to 5 sips is when I eat a nice steak. I've figured I've enjoyed my red wine and had some good times drinking it...now it's time to listen to my body and allow heal on its terms, not mine. Hope things worked out for you :)
