My throat tightens like I can barely breathe, my heart pounds, my palms sweat, all that stuff, and I just feel terrible. Has anyone dealt with agoraphobia and have any strategies for beating it or dealing with it? Trying to talk positively to myself at the time doesn't help, the physical symptoms just keep coming. And meds don't really seem to help. I need to work and I can't, this is really tearing my life apart...
