probably about three weeks ago I had a panic attack while sleeping and it took me forever to get it under control. heart racing-pounding, body tremors, racing thoughts all of it. since then I have had a couple of nights i get afraid to go to sleep. I dont want to sleep in the bed and i have to have something to listen to my heart still pounds! I didnt sleep at all last night because I was having palpitations and no matter what I told myself or how come my mind got my pulse would not slow down and then that would startle me...its like a circle no sleep leads to more anxiety more anxiety leads to no sleep any ideas what I should do?
