My wife is currently trying Meletonin. It is natural and something your body produces on its own. You just take more and it makes you tired. I have to ask her how shes sleeping through the night though. I know it helps her fall asleep that is for sure and she has only taken it for 2 days. It is really cheap too at the store. We bought ours at the health food store and it was like $8 for 80 1mg pills and you can take up to 3 at a time. She takes 1 so $8 for almost a 3 month supply if it works is a good deal. She normally took trazadone to fall asleep and this seems to help just the same.

I just read about about breathing techniques that help you to get to sleep. It reminded me of Lamaze breathing, to distract you from thinking negative thoughts. You use a pattern of breathing that works for you, like I close my eyes take a deep breath for 4 counts, then hold it for 4 counts, release it over 4 counts and then stay still for 4 counts. If you do it over and over slowly and continue to count it relaxes you enough and distracts you enough to help you fall asleep.

Today I walked over a mile with my arm weights that are about 22lbs total. I was out of shape and it was hard on my arms. I also did my 30 situps. I'm also going to drink a lot of water and try to eat healthy. I do tend to have a sweet tooth but I'm cutting...
