if you need to be on meds for anxiety or an antidepressant? My doctor put my on Celexa last summer (20 mg) when I separated from my husband. Now that is when I left most of my stress behind I think. I really dont like being on meds but I am afraid to go off in case it is helping me. I do feel better now but then I have much less stress now too. I do however have a hard time staying asleep at night. I take Zopliclone for sleeping and have for two years now. I am sure I could not sleep without it. Any helpful words out there?

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips. Not interested in being with couples and kids,,,I realize a cruise ship will have a portion size of families and couples, but perhaps they also put together a part of the cruise ship for groups of widows/widowers????
