i thought i was doing fine!!! i didn't have any attacks. the only thing bothering was the numbness and tingling sensation in my head. since i thought i was fine i started to be my usual self party everyweekend and only go to sleep for 2 oe 3 hours and sometimes for 1 hour only. but this saturday i was on my way to dorney park. and i felt preassure on my right ear and then my left hand got really heavy and my heart was just going out of control i started shaking and i felt really lightheaded so i went to the emergency room and while i was with the heart monitor i felt the same preassure but this time in my left ear and then i felt the hot flashes and the chills and then my heart rate started going up and it got to 140 i thought i was going to have a heart attack or something and the numbness sensation was getting worse and i started getting a sharp pain like something was going tru my head. so they did some kind of test in my head and the doctor said i had a healthy brain and the blood came up good like always . i dont take any pills by the way and this is like the second month... my family is really worry and the doctor said is anxiety or it could be palpitations...
