I'm new here, but unfortunately not new to anxiety. I've suffered through it on and off for the last 22 years. I go through different levels. I've had to face something big that I haven't tried to think about for the last 20 years and I am now at the "I wont take ANY medication" part of my anxiety. Feeling like it's never going to end. I need a reminder that this will pass. I know I've been here before. I recently tried Lexapro, Cymbalta and xanax. All three of which threw me into worsening anxiety along with nausea and the creepy skin feeling. The thought of even taking Tylenol spins me into an anxiety attack. What has anyone done to get through this? Needing ideas and a pep talk.

I miss traveling with my husband. Has anyone found a specific site regarding cruising for widow/widowers or any sightseeing trips.
